Four more jurors have been confirmed this afternoon, bringing the total selected to eight. Of the jurors selected so far, five are men and three are women. Four are African Americans and four are white.
The four added this afternoon are:
1. A white man in his 40s who has previously served on two juries in civil cases.
2. A white man in his mid-30s, who works as a compliance officer at a downtown investment business.
3. A black woman in her late 20s who works as a teacher's assistant.
4. A heavy set black man in his late 30s or early 40s who is attending culinary school.
