I don't think the judge realizes that people from Syria are always in packs. I have experience from living with my ex-husband for 13 years who is from Syria. The bond money is already probably invested in the middle east. I don't think it would be a problem for Mr. Rezko or his relatives to leave the country.
Mr Rezko is a dual national citizen. The U.S. has no way to stop him if he tries to leave. There are no exit controls for the U.S.
