Rezko trial: Who has the bad memory now?

After days of teasing star witness Stuart Levine about his faulty memory, it was Joseph Duffy who got his dates mixed up today.

Duffy misstated a date several times when trying to ask Levine about a specific event. Duffy apologized for getting it wrong.

In a light tone, Levine told Duffy not to worry about it:
“We can all forget things, Mr. Duffy,” Levine said.

The irony was not lost on anyone following this trial.
