We're back in this morning with Daniel Rosenberg on the stand. He's from Sterling Partners, which sought business with the Teachers' Retirement Systems. (See earlier blog post regarding Myron Cherry)

We'll go half a day in court today and then the judge may decide whether to release Rezko on bond.
