Rezko lawyer Joe Duffy tried depicting Levine as the man who the feds wanted to use to catch "the big fish." After the feds indicted Levine twice, Duffy said Levine had a choice:
"You cannot cooperate and basically die in prison?"
"That was a possibility," Levine admitted.
