U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald dropped in on the Tony Rezko trial earlier today.
It was the first time Fitzgerald was back in the courtroom since the trial got underway with opening statements earlier this month. He sat in for some direct testimony of a member of a state board. Then, at the lunch break, he appeared to talk business with another prosecutor and a member of the trial team.
