Anne Murphy back on the stand this morning in Tony Rezko's trial
Today in Tony Rezko's corruption trial, Anne Murphy, the planning board's former lawyer, will be questioned by defense lawyers.
We're also expected to see testimony from an FBI agent, who will tell us about how a wiretap was obtained against Stuart Levine. The agent sets the stage for the next witness, Thomas Beck. The prosecution plans to play tapes of conversations recorded on Levine's home phone between Beck and Levine.
