We've got a bit of shocker in Midnight Madness news. According to Mac Irvin Fire coach Mike Irvin, Mike Shaw, Wayne Blackshear, Phil Jackson and Jabari Parker are all in attendance at the Blue Demons' festivities.

LOOKS LIKE THE LIGHT HAS COME ON, THE BIG EAST IS THE BIG EAST, AND GUESS WHAT, DEPAUL UNIVERSITY IS IN THE BIG EAST, IF YOU CAN SHINE IN THE BIG EAST, YOU WILL PLAY PROFESSIONAL BASKETBALL, SO WHY GO TO LOUISVILLE, MARQUETTE, GEORGETOWN, U-CONN, ETC.., WHEN YOU CAN GO TO SCHOOL RIGHT HERE AT HOME, AND BECOME THE HOMETOWN HERO, AND PLAY IN THE BEST CONFERENCE ON EARTH FOR COLLEGE BASKETBALL, MAKES SENSE TO ME, GLAD TO SEE OTHERS ARE PAYING ATTENTION, IF YOU BUILD IT, THEY WILL COME!

THE JABARI PARKER YOUNGSTER IS SONNY PARKER'S SON, THE FORMER NBA PLAYER, AND THE KICKER IS JABARI IS ONLY A FIRST YEAR HIGH SCHOOL PLAYER, SO MIDNIGHT MADNESS IS A BIG DEAL CONSIDERING MR. PARKER HAS BEEN OFFERED A SCHOLARSHIP BY ALOT OF COLLEGES AND HE HASN'T EVEN SCORE A POINT IN HIGH SCHOOL!
