Just wondering
Do non-boundary schools (Brother Rice, Regina) etc. have to catch 1.65 times heavier fish?

I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE SUN TIMES FOR THEIR COVERAGE OF THE STATE BASS FISHING FINALS. I AM THE COACH OF THE WEST FRANKFORT TEAM OF DYLAN VAUGHN AND KALEB GARDNER.THE PICTURE YOU POSTED ON MAY 9, OF OUR TEAM WAS GREAT, PROBABLY THE BEST ONE I SAW.I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A COPY.
