Inside the Super 25 »
« After Week 3 ...

Calvin Davis, the director of sports administration for the Chicago Public Schools said that Crandall Head and his brother Jeremy will be eligible to play basketball at Crane after transferring from Rich South.
"I've spoken with [Illinois High School Association executive director] Marty Hickman and told him what the decision was," Davis said. "I will be sending a letter to Crane later today [Thursday]. Crane was not one of the schools that was alleged to have done anything wrong.
"There are three Public League coaches whose names came up that might have been doing illegal recruiting and we intend to look into that."
Crandall Head, rated among the top 10 juniors in the nation, has committed to Illinois where his brother Luther starred before landing in the NBA.
