Payne issued this statement today:

"Coach Wainwright and I mutually agreed that I will reopen my recruiting to pursue opportunities other than DePaul. Obviously, Coach Wainwright has been a long time family friend and this decision will have no effect on that relationship."

We should have more about Payne's recruitment later this afternoon...

What I think about when I see Cully Payne are all the training hours that he put in, outside of playing the game to reach a high level of play. Wherever he plays college ball, he and his family put much time in for the dream.

all of those commercials showing coach K must have made him have nightmares about going to DePaul.

CULLY PAYNE HAS JUST ORALLY COMMITTED TO ALABAMA!
