DePaul lands another standout

| No Comments | No TrackBacks

DePaul women’s basketball coach Doug Bruno got his third commitment of the fall when Courtney Webb, a 5-8 guard from Michigan’s top-rated team, Benton Harbor gave him a commitment. She follows Resurrection star Deanna Ortiz and Carmel, Ind. standout forward Danille Haver in the Blue Demons recruiting class.

‘‘I love the campus, everybody on the team, the coach and they style of play,” Webb said. ‘‘I got a feeling for the school watching Wilson Chandler [from benton Harbor] play. And I’ve been in touch with DePaul since seventh grade when Marcus [Singer] was there.”
