Sarah Boothe, Warren's 6-5 center, made a verbal commitment to Stanford Monday. A member of the Sun-Times All-Area team last season, Boothe was the only Illinois player who participated in USA Basketball's Youth Development Festival this summer.

Congrats Sarah, you deserve to play for another great coach. Go there and make everyone proud. You were a tough foe, but you were always sweet and very humble. Don't change...I am just glad I do not have to coach against you ever again.
