Moran becomes the fourth member of the Illinois Wolves to commit...

Moran, a 6-1 point guard, gave an oral commitment to the Panthers on Thursday night. He chose Northern Iowa over Butler and Dayton.

Moran will join class of 2007 Lincoln Park star Jonathan Montgomery, who has signed with the Panthers.
