U.S. Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr.is no longer a patient at the Mayo Clinic, according to a spokesperson there. The revelation comes as reports persist about a federal investigation into the congressman and it possibly expanding to his wife, Chicago Ald. Sandi Jackson.

"As of today he is no longer at the Mayo Clinic," Nick Hanson said through an assistant.
