A campaign spokeswoman for Tammy Duckworth said someone at WLS-TV told the campaign for the 8th congressional district that the station would not air a pro-Joe Walsh ad that's funded by a SuperPAC.

WLS has not yet responded to confirm it is not running the commercial. However, a news release from the campaign painted the commercial as inaccurate.

"A source reached out to us to let us know about WLS's decision," Kaitlin Fahey, a Duckworth campaign spokeswoman, said in an email.
