Is anyone working this week?
I grabbed lunch at the Merchandise Mart's usually-crowded food court and it was almost completely empty.

Here Here... I was beginning to think that I was the only person coming to work downtown... Geez, thank goodness I'm not the only one feeling like I'm the only person left coming to work the week before x-mas. I mean really, where did everyone go? Did I miss a memo or something? It is so slow at work and I'm tired of pretending to be "working", how do you do it? And did I hear Happy Hour?!

Oh yes, this is the time to catch up on paperwork; filling in for married folks who have to spend time with the family; and do the early prep work for filing your taxes.
I'm here this week, and Tue thru Friday next week too.

My office is dead this week which gives me enough time to gather headshots of my coworkers and photoshop them on celebrities' bodies. They will love their gifts this year!
