I'm not sure exactly how I feel about all these genetically engineered Franken-foods. But, as long as people are messing with our food, couldn't someone make a regular orange that is seedless and easy-to-peel like a Clementine?

i believe that a valencia offers a small window where it is easilly peeled and yet remains juicy. if that window elapses, the juice has evaporated and the fruit is quite dry. however, if you are able to find them during their 5-day period, nothing in the citrus family is quite as delicious. and, i believe they lack seeds.
