First Chicago Dance Marathon to support hospital

| No Comments | No TrackBacks

Have you ever been recapping an evening on the town, and told someone that you "danced all night"?

To actually do such a thing is pretty difficult and painful -- just ask any Northwestern University student who's participated in the school's annual 30-hour Dance Marathon event. But it's pain for a purpose, as events like these are typically done to raise money for charity. The first-ever Chicago Dance Marathon on March 6 will be no different: the 13.1-hour event (stop scoffing, Wildcat alums) at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place will help raise funds for Children's Memorial Hospital.

Think you can make it through? Sign up at and start fundraising. A quick tip: Leave the heels at home.
