Last month, chef Marcus Samuelsson got a major honor when he was chosen to create and serve the meal for President Obama's first State Dinner on November 24. But he didn't do it alone; in addition to working with a team of White House chefs, Samuelsson brought along a couple of people from his Chicago restaurant, C-House: executive chef Nicole Pederson and pastry chef Toni Roberts.
While it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, it doesn't mean the meal can't happen twice. Pederson and Roberts will recreate the special four-course menu on Wednesday, December 9 for $54 per person (add on wine pairings for $20 more). Take a look at the menu below, then reserve a spot by calling (312) 523-0923.
