What's better than last weekend's world-o'-Lil Wayne hip-hop concert? How about a free Jay-Z show?

Next Tuesday, Sept. 8, Beyonce's better half will headline a free concert at 8 p.m. at Chicago's House of Blues.

The tickets are free, which means there's a big commercial promotion with it, of course, courtesy of Samsung and AT&T (you can try out their new JACK cell phone at the show).
