Ed Westwick (aka Chuck Bass) and his "Gossip Girl" co-star and possible real-life girlfriend, Jessica Szohr (aka Vanessa Abrams) will be on hand from 7-10 p.m. to help launch Target's new "Bullseye Bazaar" pop-up shop.
