Nacional 27 mixologist Adam Seger is known for his wacky creations (the dude made a ham and cheese martini, after all). Understandably, he can be a bit protective of what exactly goes into each one. But he's more than willing to share the recipe of his SUBA (a South Beach Cuba Libre martini).

Once you hear what's in it, you're gonna want to try one. Luckily, tonight is "Sample the SUBA" night at the restaurant, beginning at 9:30 p.m. Guests will get free samples of the cocktail, plus a chance to win a Bacardi gift basket including a Nacional 27 gift certificate.

After you're through sampling, stick around for "Miami Nights," the South Beach-themed weekly event that includes DJs, live percussionists, Latin cuisine and more.

SUBA: A South Beach Cuba Libre Martini

Build In a 16 Ounce Pint Glass: 2 Ounces Bacardi Light, Juice of 1 Lime, 1 Ounce Diet Coke Syrup. Shake vigorously with fresh ice and serve up in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Nutritional Value: 0 Fat, 168 calories, 5.6 Grams Carbs, 0.4 Grams Protein, 1.8 Grams Fiber, 68 mg Potassium, 68 mg Calcium, 22 mg Phosphorus, 12 mg Magnesium, 0.4 mg Iron plus antioxidant-rich Vitamin C.
