Single-malt connoisseurs, your day has come. Or, at least, it will in a month. The 9th annual Whiskyfest returns to Chicago on April 1, from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. The focus is on learning about how whiskies are made, but there will be tastings, too, as well as a gourmet buffet, commemorative glasses and more.

Tickets are on sale now for $95 each; pay $150 to become a VIP and you'll get an extra hour of tasting fun. Either way, make sure to buy soon, as this event usually sells out.
