That's where Kanye West sits with "Heartless," but he'd better stay hustlin' if he hopes to fend off his hard-charging "Slow Jamz" partner, Jamie Foxx. The moonlighting actor clearly believes in diversifying his assets, as he has three entries on this week's list--two of them new. We'll be interested in how that battle shakes out.
A quick shout-out to our girl Rihanna, who's had a rough week all around. Her seven-spot drop doesn't mean much in the scheme of things, we admit, but who's to say a boost next week wouldn't lift her spirits? It's worth a shot, Chicago.
