Wine pairings are soo 2008. Now, we’re all about beer with our food, and Tavern at the Park’s on the same wavelength. Tomorrow at 6:30 p.m., the restaurant overlooking Millennium Park hosts a five-course meal with beer pairings courtesy of Goose Island Beer Company. Each course is creatively named (e.g. “3-1-2 Leagues Under the Sea: seared diver scallop, house-made potato chips, 312-steamed mussels and citrus broth paired with, you guessed it, 312 Urban Wheat Ale) and the meal gets increasingly decadent as the night goes on.
$60 per person – reserve now, as there’s a 35-guest limit.
