I love Oprah, O magazine, Harpo production, Oprah.com and I would love, love, love two tickets to your show airing Wednesday, January 21, 2009. Coming from Richmond to participate in history.

You are most gracious to host a show while in D.C. honoring and celebrating the inaguration of of one of the most inpiring Americans, a Black American, as our 44th President. I am traveling from California and staying with a friend who's mom has opened up her home for me. I will be at the swearing in ceremony. I phone banked for the first time in my life for President Elect Obama. I'm 58 years old, and this is my first trip to D.C., arriving the evening of 1/18 and staying until 1/22/09. My loving mother, 85 year old, is so elated and excited that at least one member of my large family will be attending the event. I would be honored to get (5) tickets to your show, or even 2 or 3 tickets. I love you for the loving/humanitarian spirit that you spread all over the world.

I was so lucky to win two tickets to the swearing in ceremony from Senator Spector. My name was drawn in a random lottery. It would be totally awesome to be a guest on your show while I'm there. We definitely need Obama for change!
Please consider me and my friend for two tickets to your show. Thank you SO much.
Ruth

We are 4 ladies traveling from Phoenix, AZ to the Inauguration. We love OPRAH and we love President-elect OBAMA. We are coming to DC without tickets to anything but still want to be present to show our support. We have never been fortunate enough to attend an Oprah taping. If any additional tickets to the DC show(s) become available, we would be honored to be considered for tickets. Oprah, thanks for all you do. Sincerely, Mary Anne

i would love to get a ticket your show with my husband.i watch your show all time and learn a lot of thing i love you, but everybody love you i don't think iam going to get ticket.

Dear Oprah,

May family, including four grandsons ages 1 year to 6 years will be traveling to the inauguration of President Barack H. Obama, a God sent man who will make the changes which are needed to put this country into a nation of respectable unity.
We heard that you will be moving your show to Washington during this time and would love to see you. We are traveling from Albany and STone Mountain, GA and would love to come to your show. This will be a once in a lifetime situation for most of us. We need 7 tickets for the ladies of this group. The guys will act as babysitters during this time. Please help us.

Hello Oprah, I plan to attend the Inauguration. It would really be a true enjoyment, pleasure, and a blessing to witness this historical day after attending you show the day before. I wish I could bring my Aunt, but she's not doing well. Recently, I was able to take her to NY for the first time in her life and to see Niagara Fall, before her health worsen. I will travel by car and I don't believe she can make another long trip via ground transportation, so will take many pictures and video as I can.
I called December 5th and was told no tickets were being issues at this time. I called first thing Monday - Dec 08th and I received a msg to call back next week for seating. Being vary eager to attend, I called first thing Tuesday - Dec 09th and I rec'd a different msg that no more seats are available...., what happened????

Thanks in advance...!

Dear Ms. Winfrey
I am a DC residence and I worked with the Obama Campaign for Change. I am a long time loyal viewer of your show. I have never been fortunate enough to be able to attend any of your live show. When I heard an announcement to do your show in DC for inauguration of President-elect Obama, I was delighted. I would appreciate the honor of receiving 3 tickets to your show during that time. This is the most historical event in my life and I will be grateful to accept this honor to be a part of your show. This is the closest I can get to the inauguration of President-elect Obama.

I'm a Oprah Winfrey supporter for life....you were one of the 1st to publically endorse Barack Obama as the 44th President of the United States and lost some viewership because of it. My family will be traveling by bus from Atlanta, Georgia to be a part of this life changing/historical occassion and would love to be guest on the Oprah Winfrey Show. Please find it in your spirit to grant us 5 tickets.

I am enormously excited that your show will be in DC. I've wanted to attend your show for years and now, perhaps I'll have that opportunity.

I worked on the Obama campaign, and if I could get a ticket to your show, I'd feel like I won twice in a row.

Thanks so much all you do for humanity and for sharing so much of who you are as a beautiful human being.

sincerely, barb given

Hi Oprah...Tamikia Brown from Ft Worth,TX.. I will not be attending the inauguration but my mother will be. I call the mayor in her county and was able to get her tickets. I'm so glad that I was able to do that for her.Oprah my mother works very hard she always puts other needs above her own..so I wanted to do some thing special for her. I was so happy for her when she got the call letting her know tha she would be apart of Persident-elect Obama's Inauguration. Now finding out that you decied to take your show to Washington, DC has become such a blessing because she loves your show! she gos to work comes right home so she can watch your show. The reason I want her to be there is because I have three little boys 8,6,10 months old, I want them one day look back over this and be proud to be who and whatever they want and not be afraid of the promise ahead.I think my morther is the PERFECT person to share that experience with them. My mother loves them so much! she loves to show them pictures of places shes been.
Thank you
A Gift To Her Mother!

I watch your show everyday and was always hoping to be in the audience on one of your shows. I have been an Obama supporter from day one. I was one of the first to host a fundraiser in Houston in 2/07, I also did the first Obama block walk for Change 6/07. I host a fundraiser for Michelle Obama 9/07 And did SC primary phone bank. I worked hard to make sure he was elected. My mission to get Obama elected has been brought to fruition and 4 tickets for Monday's show on 1/19/09 will put icing on the cake. (1) for myself and (3) for other people who also will be at the inauguration and worked very hard to get him elected president.

thank you

I would love to get one ticket to Oprah's taping in Washington, DC this January. It would be wonderful to receive a ticket as an audience participant. I would love to be present to help celebrate this memorable occasion in history. Also, Oprah may not remember, but I was her escort for several days for the inaugural events held on the Washington Mall during Clinton's inauguration.

Dear Oprah

On Saturday, January 17, 2009, J Star Productions, in association with CODE Blue: Reviving a Generation, will be hosting the H.O.P.E. (Honoring Our President Elect) Inaugural Youth Ball. The event will be held at the Trinity Center on the beautiful campus of Trinity University just minutes from Capital Hill in Washington, DC. We will be celebrating the swearing in of President-Elect Barack Obama as this nation’s 44th president. Net proceeds of the event will be donated to assist the National Network for Youth, Washington, D.C., in their mission to end the plight of homelessness among our nation’s youth.

This very well may be the first ever family-friendly inaugural ball designed to allow young people to also share in the festivities of an incoming president. The event will inspire youth to follow our new President’s example of courage and persistence. From his mother’s 4:30 a.m. study sessions in grade school, to his numerous examples of service and sacrifice, President-elect Obama is an inspiration to young and old alike. This will prove to be a life changing moment in the lives of many youth to strive for excellence in achievement. The event will combine the elegance of a formal affair with the fun of souvenir photographs, special guest appearances, and much more.

For more information about the event please contact Mrs. Michelle Craft at (301)925-talk (8255)or www.hopeinauguralball.com. We look forward to hearing from you on behalf of our next generation.

See you at the Ball!

My fiance would love to get a ticket to your show, she watches you ALL the time and Loves your show. On Tues. 1/20/09 I will go to the mall, but she is going to stay back with our young son, so a ticket for her to your show Monday or Wensday would be amazing. Would love to find out how, much love and respect, Aaron
