Turner and music diva Cher appeared Thursday on a special edition of the Oprah show from Cesar's Palace in Las Vegas.
Turner -- who's 68 -- embarks on a new U.S. tour Oct. 1 in Kansas City. She'll appear in Chicago Oct. 3 at the United Center and Oct. 6 at the Allstate Arena.
