According to Sun-Times columnist Bill Zwecker, Oprah's show on puppy mills has gotten a huge response. One viewer apparently donated the cost of 100 surgeries to PETA's spay/neuter program after seeing the show.

Oprah dedicated the show to her dog Sophie, who died last month. >

Oprah's expose on the egregiously cruel and inhumane conditions of puppy mills was her finest show. People who abuse, traumatize and kill innocent canines, felines or any other sentient creature, should be imprisoned.

Viewer donates surgeries for dogs, 50 million American HUMANS don't have insurance. This is just like Oprah in general, much ado about nothing!
