Thomas describes finding a doctor to treat his pregnancy very hard.
"Is there something really wrong with us?" Nancy says.
Nine doctors later -- Dr. Kimberly James took on Thomas and Nancy's pregnancy. At 24 weeks into the pregnancy, Oprah's cameras capture what'd normally be a routine ultrasound, except this time it's with a man.
"I can't believe that she's inside me," Thomas said. "It's so surreal."
