Blaine begins holding breath under water

Blaine just started "lung packing" -- swallowing air to increase his lung size and hold more air.

Officials say the stunt is dangerous -- and can cause damage to the heart and lungs.

Surely Dr. Oz say wouldn't think this is a good idea.
