So I'm sitting on the plane now, waiting for takeoff,
wondering if Major Daley is up front in those beds in first class. My
knees - I'm just over 6-4 are jammed into the back of the seat in front
of me in coach.

Anyway, this first flight, to Tokyo, is 13 hours. And people keep
asking me if I'm worried about terrorism on the plane or in Beijing.
I'm not.
I admit that a few Olympics ago, I bought a bunch of extra life insurance the week I left. It's something, I think, to. Think you'd have to do that before going to a sporting event meant to bring the world together.
But frankly, it's not hitting me now. And it turned out not to be a problem then. Well, they just told us to turn off electronic devices.
