Wildcats announce time for game against Cal

Northwestern football announced Wednesday that its season-opener against California at California Memorial Stadium will begin at 9:30 p.m. central time.


After its game against California, Northwestern plays five straight games at home.

The Wildcats will play four of their first five games in prime time including games at home against Syracuse on Sept. 7 at 5 p.m. central, Western Michigan on Sept. 14 at 8 p.m. central and Ohio State on Oct. 5 at 7 p.m. central.

Northwestern has announced times for all of its non-conference games except for its game at home against Maine on Sept. 21.
