Running back Venric Mark left Sunday's game with what was described as a "lower-body injury" and did not return. The Wildcats' leading rusher is expected to practice Tuesday, according to coach Pat Fitzgerald, and should play against South Dakota on Sunday at Ryan Field.

Senior Neal Deiters started at right guard in place of a "banged-up" Chuck Porcelli on Saturday. Those two will compete for the starting job this week in practice.
