Northwestern's John Shurna gets scoring record

John Shurna's unassisted three-pointer from the top of the arc at the 10:44 mark of the second half, placed the Glen Ellyn native atop Northwestern's all-time career scoring list.
Shurna needed 16 points to tie Billy McKinney's mark of 1,900 career points and 17 to tie. Shurna now has 19,002 career points. Northwestern leads Minnesota 50-40 with 10:33 to go in the second half.
