Joe Paterno gets 400th career win over Northwestern

Penn State coach Joe Paterno earned his place in college football history Saturday when he got his 400th career win in a 35-21 victory over Northwestern in State College, Pa. Paterno is the winningest college football coach in the Football Bowl Subdivision (Division I-A) and is third winningest overall.

Northwestern flew out to a 21-7 halftime lead before the Wildcat defense allowed three touchdowns in the third quarter.
