Northwestern's Demetrius Dugar out with head injury

NU cornerback Demetrius Dugar left Saturday night's game at Rice with a head injury in the second quarter. 

It was a rough quarter for the Wildcats, as quarterback Dan Persa left the game for one play when he got hit after throwing an incomplete pass.
