Spinal cord disease

Rheumatoid arthritis
Traumatic brain injury and post-concussion syndrome
Multiple sclerosis
Parkinson's
Dystonia
Causalgia
Positive status for human immunodeficiency virus
Severe
Hydromyelia
Fibrous dysplasia
Tourette's
Reflex sympathetic dystrophy
