Groupon firing of Andrew Mason explained - in Taiwanese video animation

The ouster of Groupon brainchild and CEO Andrew Mason on Thursday was hardly a surprise.

Groupon has been in a spiral since it's heralded IPO, complete with stock price drops and disappointing earnings statements - the most recent of which proved to be the final straw for Mason.

The real surprise here may be that NMAWorldEdition, a Taiwanese news operation that works in animated videos, chose to take on the story. They previously dabbled in explanatory efforts around such stories as the Tiger Woods marriage breakdown and the latenight talkshow host wars.
