Well you're best chance just might be at the Whealan Pool Luau on August 9 from 6 to 9 p.m.

Commissioners and staffers were invited to make a big splash at the pool part in their best Hawaiian shirts, grass skirts and swim suits.

No word on who's expected to show up ... or if they'll adhere to the suggested dress code.

Whealan Pool is at 6200 W. Devon.
