Welcome back to my blog-only Friday cocktail of the week provided by Sparki the bartender at Four Moon Tavern in Roscoe Village.
Sparki, whose given name is Marc Dufour, was born in Quebec City and speaks fluent French and even lived in France with his parents for a few years.
Here's a drink to toast Sparki's French heritage.
French Connection II
In a pint or tall glass filled with ice, mix 1 oz. Chambord, 1 oz. lemon vodka and 1 dash of lemon Cointreau. Fill to top with cranberry juice and garnish with an orange.
Drink. Repeat.
