The Pitchfork Music Festival has announced dates and its first slate of bands for its annual summer indie-rock party in Chicago's Union Park.
Vampire Weekend, Feist, Godspeed You! Black Emperor are among the artists announced this morning for the acclaimed independently run fest, which will take place July 13-15.
Other acts include Hot Chip, AraabMUZIK, A$AP Rocky, The Field, Liturgy, Kendrick Lamar, Grimes, Cloud Nothings, Tim Hecker, and Willis Earl Beal. More than 30 acts are still to be announced.
Tickets will go on sale at noon March 9 -- and there's no price increase from last year. Single-day tickets are $45 and three-day passes go for $110. Tickets will be available via the festival website, pitchforkmusicfestival.com.
