Here are some updated sentencing dates and times for the defendants in the Michael Sarno trial.

All times are subject to change.

Sam Volpendesto: 2 p.m. 8/17

Michael Sarno: 10:30 a.m. 9/19

Casey Szaflarski: 10:30 a.m. 9/28

Mark Polchan: His sentencing date has been cancelled, and a new one has not been set yet, according to the court docket.

All sentencings take place before U.S. District Judge Ronald Guzman in Courtroom 1219.

Did Mike Sarno get sentenced to day and how long did he get.

STEVE WARMBIR RESPONDS: He did not. His sentencing was rescheduled to October.

Is Casey still scheduled to get sentenced today? How many years is he looking at?

STEVE WARMBIR RESPONDS: Casey's sentencing was just moved to 10:30 a.m. on November 30. We'll do a story on it then.

STEVE WARMBIR RESPONDS: The case is still pending against him. Not much to report, so far.
