I thought "Jimmy The Weasel" was the first made guy to go against the Outfit?? Yes he did leave Cleavelend and went to Califorina..But didnt Johnny Roselie bring him into the Outfit?

STEVE WARMBIR RESPONDS: Jimmy "The Weasel" Fratianno was a made guy who did provide testimony against the Chicago Outfit, but Nick Calabrese's attorney is making the point that Calabrese is the first Chicago made man to turn on the Outfit.

I recall Fratianno traveled to Chicago from time to time, but he's considered a Los Angeles mobster. That's where he made his reputation.

Nick you are a horrible man. Why would any one in their right mind give you mercy? You admitted to killing 14 people. All of whom you could have just as easily walked away and said no I am not doing it. You could have had a concience and stopped the insanity but you decided your life was more important than the others. And saving your own ass was more important. You could have moved away from your brother but you chose to stay and kill. So now your death sentence will be life in prison. And I will be there to watch them tell you. And I hope you have the worst time in prison.

Calabrese deserves life in prison, and nothing less. He killed people. Period.

That said, given he helped the prosecution, he should be protected in prison. That should be the benefit he derives. Nothing more.

Nick, should get a much lighter sentence he helped solve a lot of murders and but a lot of bad guy's away! The people he hurt or killed were killers themselves and got what they deserved. No one was innocent of any crimes. It's funny how people feel about Nick but feel different about the other defendant's. Like anonymous for instants she thought Lombardo should go free how is he any different than Nick Calabrese. Your opinions are all one sided you have no business writing on this blog because your a hypocrite. Your even afraid to devalued your name so how can you relate to anything that has to do with the outfit.

I agree whole Heartedly with Nick Seifert,This Anonymous Person, talks and writes like he has a 3rd grade education.A true moron, who sounds like Frank Calabrese, writing his letter from prison.

Steve, you put that blog,I wrote, coming from anonymous,I`m MOB EXPERT.

STEVE WARMBIR RESPONDS: I don't write who the blog posts come from, I just post them. They come to me with the commenter's name already filled in by the person who sent them.

To Nicholas R. Seifert:

Would you have the same outlook about Nicholas Calabrese had he participated in your father's murder?

No one has the right to kill anyone and get away with it.

He belongs in prison for life like the rest of the convicted killers in this case.

I'm tired of seeing mob killers like Nicholas Calabrese getting off or just a few years in prison just because they talked.

There's no doubt in my mind that he would never have talked without first being implicated in the Fecarotta murder. He would have kept his mouth shut because it wouldn't have benefited him to talk had he not had a murder and a life sentence hanging over his head.

He's no better than the others. He does not belong in society like the rest of us. He's an animal like the others and so he deserves to be locked up in a cage for the rest of his life like the others.

By the way, did Michael Cagnoni get what he deserved? How about Arthur Morawski? Did he get what he deserved? Not everyone Nicholas Calabrese helped to kill was a mob killer, too.

first of all there are several different people who are on here posting as anonymous. we are not all one person. 2nd thank you to anonymous about mentioning the innocent. yes some of them were innocent. and yes i will be there to read my statement on how his killing affected my life and the life of my family. i don't say my name out of respect to my family who does not want our names dragged through the mudd since my grandfather had nothing to do with the mob and was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. to all of you who have such high opinions of nick, i wish he had killed your loved one instead of mine. then maybe i could be on my high horse telling you your full of shit.

Nick Calabrese should remain in jail just for being stupid alone!
Jail Bird-Bird Brain.
