Here a few answers to the many questions I've been getting about the upcoming sentencings in the Family Secrets case.
Victims' families are expected to be able to speak at the sentencings.
The sentencings are expected to be held in the ceremonial courtroom on the 25th floor, where the Family Secrets trial was held.
The sentencings could last a few hours or possibly go into the following day, depending on how many matters are at issue during the sentencing, as well as how long the victims take to speak and how long each defendant takes to address the court.

Typically how long will it take before the case files are transferred to the court archives where the public can review them?
STEVE WARMBIR RESPONDS: The public can review the case files now in the clerk's office at the courthouse. Some documents are sealed, but they will remain sealed at the archives. It will be a while before the case files go to the archives, because I assume all the convictions and sentencings will be appealed.
Is Frank Calabrese Sr. Sentencing Still going to be on Wed. 28th at
2:00 p.m. Or are they going to postponed it for some Reason?

Steve I Just heard Paul Shiro received 20 Years.1st of all He was never convicted of Murder, ever.He was a Thief,Not a Mob Killer.This
Shows you that the Justice system is all Screwed up.If he gets 20yrs.for being a part of the Mob, Then Frank Calabrese should be looking at about 1000 years in prison.
