Merry Christmas, Joe Lombardo I can't wait to see you and have a few words with you on the 15th of Dec. see you then buddy....

Here's something I don't understand.

We've seen/heard/read all about how Frank Calabrese was OK with Nick being killed for informing. How did he propose to do that? Wasn't Nick either in prison or federal custody at the time? How was anyone ever going to get to Nick Calabrese?

Also, if high ranking mobsters are mad at Frank Sr. for blabbing, is he in any danger while he's in prison?

STEVE WARMBIR REPSPONDS: I think the fact to remember is that at the time the conversations were recorded with Frank Calabrese Sr., Nick Calabrese was scheduled to get out of prison fairly soon. He had not been charged yet in Family Secrets. Frank Calabrese Sr., Nick and Frank's two sons were in prison on a loansharking case the feds first made originally against Calabrese Sr.

lol!!!!!

da clown will have da last laugh,

Steve, you know me I know everyone is entitled to there own point of view but I find it funny that a lot of these people give there input when they have never been put in any of these situations . and use nic names on this blog, because of there fear and don't want anyone to know who they are. Further more there unaware that these guys have computer access at the mcc and read this blog. They seem to think what these guys do in this country is right and cheer on the mobsters I really don't understand it. I mostly write on this site because I know Lombardo reads it and I try to pull his chain even thou the FBI has asked me not to repeatedly. But after being an Arms dealer in this country for more than 25 yrs I've become fearless to there threats I've grown up for more than 30 years always looking over my shoulder after a while that becomes very old. I've done biz with people in other countries that make these guys look like a bunch of school yard bullies ( NO BALLS ) Right Joe Lombardo people have always backed down from you because of fear But what the people on this blog don't know is when you have come a crossed people who don't fear you your the one that backs down right you coward. Is that why you refuse my visitation at the mcc... well you and I will meet again in Dec till then...

I think the judge is going to give the guys with serious charges house arrest. The guys with lesser charges will get community service.
Thank You!

Will the general public be able to attend the sentencing hearings? If so, do you think it will be difficult to get a seat?

Marty

STEVE WARMBIR RESPONDS: The public will be able to attend the sentencings. Some of them, like Joseph "Joey the Clown" Lombardo, may be difficult to get into, but if you get there early to line up, you should be able to get a seat.

As the sentencing dates get closer, I'll have more details and will share them on the blog.

On the Sentencing Dates, I would like to Attend all of them but,Having a Job prevents that. But Steve I would like to Say that I will be in attendance on Dec. 15th 2008, For Lombardo`s Sentencing.
Anyone who wants to see Joey The Clown Lombardo for the Last time should show up.Regardless what Zagel hands him, it will truely be a
Life sentence for Lombardo.

I was there when they handed down the guilty on Bozo and he slammed his cane down and started saying all kind of stuff to Mr. Halprin. It was funny. I was in the public area and very close. I think these guys feel that they are above the law and did nothing wrong. I thin going to the sentencing will be boring. You know they are going up the river for good.

I agree with you Nick. But I keep my name out of it, for respect for my family. They have asked me not to say my name or theirs. I have nothing to do with the clown, my famliy is tied to the Calabrees'. I want to see both Nick and Frank rot in hell. Yes Nick came forward and he told the truth but both deserve to die. And I will be at both sentencings.

these guys are getting what they desever, as far as im concered they only help themselves, they are a one way street, all in and no outs. they wouldnt even help there own mother. SO HAVE A NICE LIFE IN JAIL

The Family Secrets Trial is over...
and I am mad as hell!
Now what about all of those pukes in the banking industry who put us in this horrible mess? They walk away Scot free with bonuses paid for by us....the taxpayers.
The "G" never did nor ever will investigate this ongoing corruption. A major slap in all of our faces.
They stole billions and should be hung upside down from their toe nails!
So much for justice; and only in America.
Never trust a banker!

STEVE WARMBIR NOTES: The only thing I would mention is that it's recently been reported that the FBI is investigating several of the financial institutions that were bailed out. Of course, we'll see if anything comes of it.

I have attend some of the buggest trial in the city of Chicago, as a court buff. As the clown told Chuck Goudie on a break during the family secrets trail. ; you got da wrong guys on trial, Bush and Cheney should be on trial"

Our goverments should spend more of their time on terrorism and less time on organized crime!

What jail are these guys at? Where is the sentencing going to be at?

STEVE WARMBIR RESPONDS: The defendants are in the Metropolitan Correctional Center downtown. They will be sentenced before Judge James Zagel, likely in his courtroom on the 25th floor of the Dirksen Federal Building at 219 S. Dearborn.

I hope this isn't a stupid question, but are there standards for dress when attending a sentencing. I've never attended a hearing and I don't want to be turned away at the door. Thanks, Marty

STEVE WARMBIR RESPONDS: Your question is fine. There's no real standard or dress code. If you want to feel comfortable, you may want to wear a pair of dress pants and shirt, since most folks in the courtroom will be dressed up to some degree, although you could wear jeans too.

SEIFERT
SORRY ABOUT YOUR FATHER, BUT HE WAS NOT IN THAT SITUATION CAUSE HE WAS A GOOD GUY. YOU SHOULD TONE IT DOWN A LITLLE, HE PUT THOSE SHOE ON THAT GOT HIM KILLED. YOU HAVE TO KNOW THAT, HE WAS NOT KILLED CAUSE OF ALL THE GOOD HE DID !!!! IAM NOT STICKING UP FOR THE MOB GUYS, BUT THEY DO WHAT THEY DO. WHEN YOU JOIN THAT LIFE YOU KNOW WHAT COULD AND ALMOST ALWAYS HAPPENS, DEATH AND OR JAIL.

Joe is a good man and should not spend another day behind bars. It sickens me that he is there while the "real" criminals are walking the street.
I will also be at the sentencing on Feb 2.
Nick - you need to get over whatever issues you have.
