Rick Halprin, the attorney for Joseph "Joey the Clown" Lombardo, is quick with the quip.

In court on Tuesday, evidence came in on a mob hit that involved a shotgun.

After the jury left and court had wrapped, Halprin saidt:

"I just want to know if Dick Cheney has an alibi on the shotgun shooting."

You know Rick, you're right, if the VP does it, we should all be able to do it. The 2 wrongs = 1 right defense always works, just ask your local friendly cops on the take.

To quote "The Daily Show".... 'He shot his FRIEND in the FACE!'
