I have to give black passengers who witnessed the racist rant on the Croydon tram credit for keeping their cool. This could have really gotten ugly. The woman has been charged with a "racially-aggravating" public offense.
The YouTube video of the incident has gotten more than 3 million views. I have to believe the woman was either drunk or high on drugs. Maybe when she gets into rehab for substance abuse, she can get some intense sensitivity training.
