Mary, Sometimes I am tempted to read, sometimes tempted to write even. Then, I realize, that no matter what I say directly to you, it would be received as some racist attack -- 30 somethang, white male here. See, the problem with your ideology (apart from its gross perversion of the truth) is a misconstrual in the nature of power. While I have heard it argued time and again that only whites are racist because they hold the power, power itself is properly characterized, in part, by locality. To put the matter differently, any ethnic majority exudes some measure of power, even if constricted by some other, larger majority. For this reason, your view of history is just as wrong as is your diagnosis of the present. Just write, if you're not able to follow. You have the email.
Do the police ever catch those doing the shooting in the black neighborhoods? Every time I read the news it says the police have no idea who did the shooting or why?

aboty issue's relating to the community,and social issues.Your column 8/14/08 concerning that negative book with OBAMA, looking negative, dark and sinister, was dead on target as to why the author wrote it and, in my opinion just because it's number one on the newyork time's best seller list ,only proves that slander and trash still sell's to the negative people.

Your column dated 9-1408 said it all. You spoke for thousands of women when you described Sarah Palin.She is smoke and mirrors and intelligent women have already seen through her. She represents nobody's moral values that I know. You have her pegged so keep on writing the truth and I will keep circulating your columns to everyone I know. Enough of Sarah's "schtick." Let's send Barack Obama to the White House.
