Community gardens in parks

The Chicago Park District is ratcheting up its "Community Gardens In the Parks" Program.

Chicago has more than 40 community gardens currently and wants more! The city has made resources available to get started, and you can learn all about it on the community garden website..

The deadline for applying for a new community garden is June 15.
